Furnace Removal, Minneapolis

This project consisted of the removal of a furnace that had been red tagged by the gas company.  We worked with the home owner and had the furnace and duct work removed in one day. 

Boiler RemovaL, Minneapolis

This project consisted  of the removal of a boiler that had been red tagged by the gas company. We worked with the homeowner and have the boiler removed in one day.

Floor tile and Mastic removal, St. Paul

This project consisted of the removal of over 1,300SF of asbestos floor tile and mastic as well as mold removal along the foundation block walls.  Basement flooding had been an issue at this house so a french drain was installed after the floor tile was removed.   

Asbestos Pipe wrap repair, Minneapolis

One of the locations in the basement where the asbestos pipe wrap and been damaged and needed repair. 

Mold Removal, MINNEAPOLIS

On this project we worked with the builder to remove the mold that had started to grow throughout the basement after the house caught fire. 

Asbestos Duct work REMOVAL, St.Louis Park

On this project we worked with the homeowner to remove a section of duct work that was going to be in the way for a basement bathroom remodel.

This home had linoleum in the walkway and laundry room that needed to be removed prior to demolition.

This building had a few sections of pipe wrap that needed to be removed
